alpa88 Usage

1.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the alpa88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and alpa88 as the platform operator ("Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use alpa88 services. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms is considered your acceptance of the amended terms.

2.Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the alpa88 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Register in your own name only — one individual is only permitted to have one account.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including full name, valid identity card number (MyKad) or passport, mobile phone number and active email address.
• Not be subject to any local legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online gambling services.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any list blocked by any regulatory body.

alpa88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary restriction or account closure.

3.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The alpa88 platform accepts financial transactions via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All amounts are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit amount: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the alpa88 account.
• All wagering requirements associated with any bonus or promotion must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• alpa88 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding a certain amount before processing is carried out.

4.Bonuses and Promotions

alpa88 offers various promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated at the time they are offered. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus value must be wagered 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,100 → Wagering requirement RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

VIP and Cashback Programme

The alpa88 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides a different weekly cashback benefit — starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze members, increasing to up to 1.2% for Diamond members. Tier advancement is based on a member's activity and wagering commitment over time.

5.Game Rules and Wagering

All games offered on the alpa88 platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sportsbook, sports betting, mix parlay, esports and various other games — have specific rules that apply during play.

• The results of completed games are final and cannot be disputed unless there is evidence of a technical fault that can be verified by the alpa88 team.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, alpa88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the user's account balance.
• If odds or payout values are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, alpa88 reserves the right to correct this without paying out based on the incorrect value.
• Any wagers placed using automated software or methods will not be recognised and will be voided.

Win probabilities (odds) and RTP values for each game are determined by the respective game developers and are not manipulated by alpa88. All games use a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent body.

6.User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

alpa88 users are prohibited from doing the following:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts or other methods to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or financial crime through this platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Transferring funds between user accounts (chip dumping) with the intent to manipulate bonus or promotion conditions.
• Using another person's credit card or payment method without valid authorisation.

7.Account Suspension and Closure

alpa88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under the age of 21.
• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified period.
• Activity suspected to be related to fraud, money laundering or other deceptive conduct.
• A request by the user themselves to close their account for responsible gambling reasons.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or a regulatory body.

Users who wish to close their own account may contact the alpa88 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid balance (after deduction of bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the user.

8.Limitation of Liability

alpa88 will not be held responsible for any financial loss or damage experienced by users resulting from:

• Fair game outcomes based on a certified random number generator.
• Internet service disruptions or technical issues on the part of the user or third-party service providers.
• The user's own actions that violate these terms.
• Circumstances beyond alpa88's control, including natural disasters, war, government action or widespread digital infrastructure disruptions.

alpa88's liability is limited to the amount held in the user's valid account at the time of the incident. Claims for compensation exceeding this limit will not be considered.

9.Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use and storage of users' personal information is subject to the alpa88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you also agree to the alpa88 Privacy Policy.

alpa88 collects personal information required for identity verification, financial transaction processing, customer service delivery and regulatory compliance. Your information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
